Hello! My name is Camille Henderson, and it would be an honor to walk alongside you on your journey to birth. Born and raised in Idaho, I find deep peace in nature—whether it’s hiking through the Sawtooth Mountains, floating on the Boise River, or snowshoeing in McCall. As a birth doula, my heart is devoted to nurturing and supporting families during one of life’s most sacred transitions. It is my belief that birth is a powerful, transformative experience—one that deserves tenderness, trust, and unwavering care. With a calming presence and a gentle touch, I offer emotional, physical, and informational support to help you feel at ease and deeply connected to your birthing journey. Whether through quiet encouragement, comforting hands, or simply being a steady presence, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, empowered, and deeply supported. As a postpartum doula, I am driven by my profound love for supporting women and children. The postpartum period, often referred to as the "fourth trimester," is a uniquely tender and transformative time for families as they welcome a new member. This precious period can sometimes be overshadowed by the preparations for labor and birth, yet it holds immense significance. It is during these weeks that both mother and baby, along with the entire family, need the most loving and encouraging support to navigate the changes and challenges that come with a new life. |

- Two (1-2 hours) prenatal appointments – Time to prepare, discuss your birth preferences, and practice comfort measures.
- Continuous labor and birth support – Gentle, nurturing care to guide you through your birth. On call starting at 37 weeks.
- One (1-2 hours) postpartum visit – A time to reflect, process your birth, and receive support as you settle into this new season.

Investment in Your Postpartum Experience
My postpartum services include:
- Practical support: Provide support with meal preparation, help caring for older siblings and assistance with light housework.
- Emotional and physical recovery: Gentle and caring support with emotional and physical recovery after birth.
- Newborn care: Guidance and direction with infant care in addition to providing an extra set of hands to help care for your baby.
- Evidence-based information: Supporting you in making the best decisions for your family.
- Referrals: Contact information to local resources such as parenting classes, pediatricians, lactation support, and support groups.
- Consultation (20-30 mins): Free
- Daytime/Evening Care: $35/hour
- Nighttime Care: $40/hour
- Multiples: $5 more per hour for each additional baby
