Your birth is a once-in-a-lifetime experience that deserves thoughtful planning and attention to detail. It’s an honor to support you! About Me: Hello! I’d love to introduce myself—I’m Sara, the heart and soul behind Blossom Doula Services. I am living in beautiful Eagle, Idaho where I’m lucky enough to share my life with my college sweetheart, and together we’re raising two amazing children. I am a Birth Doula and Certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Fitness Coach specializing in Pelvic Floor and Core health through exercise. I’m a holistic-minded mama who loves birth, coffee dates, a good CrossFit workout, and spending quality time with my family. I am most passionate about helping women prepare for and achieve their dream births. I have an extra special place in my heart for women looking to achieve redemptive births and for those desiring a VBAC. My journey to motherhood has been a deeply transformative one. After a traumatic c-section with my first baby, I experienced a redemptive home birth with my second, which fueled my passion for supporting other mamas. Through this process, I have learned the powerful impact a doula can have on someone’s birth experience. I have since felt a deep calling to help other mamas bring their dream births to life. There’s nothing more fulfilling than supporting families as they create their own empowering birth stories! I look forward to supporting women in my community as they Blossom into their strength through birth and motherhood! |

As a Certified Pregnancy & PostPartum Athleticism Coach, I can help you rehab your pelvic floor and core post birth. The goal is to get you back into the fitness you love postpartum with intention. The focus will be on your pelvic floor and core, reconnecting your mind to your body through breath and movement. We will work to mitigate common postpartum symptoms such as incontinence, prolapse, pelvic pain, and issues stemming from diastasis recti and ultimately work to progress back into the type of fitness you desire (i.e., Running, CrossFit, Weightlifting, Pilates, etc.).
