Austin is a Dona trained birth doula, currently working toward her Dona certification. Austin has a love for all things pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Whether your desires involve a hospital, birth center, or home birth, she wants to be there to support you through this amazing journey. She believes there is power in autonomy and having a voice to make the choices that best suit your desires through pregnancy and birth. She will be there every step of the way to help make your choices your reality.
Hello! My name is Austin Haran. I live with my husband, our 2 daughters, and our yellow lab, in Boise Idaho. When I am not at a birth, or postpartum visit, I am working as a Dental Hygienist, volunteering at my daughter's school, or spending time running and lifting weights. I am so excited that you are here and considering a doula for your pregnancy and birth. The journey to parenthood is truly amazing and worth celebrating. I fell in love with all things pregnancy and birth after having my first child in 2016. My passion for this process grew as I learned more through a second pregnancy and then a third as a surrogate. I had the privilege of having an amazing midwife who helped guide me with knowledge and support. My desire is to support other expecting mothers, and their families, as a birth doula. Women are so incredibly strong and I can’t wait to cheer you on, answer your questions, and provide unwavering support as you navigate the world of pregnancy, birth and parenthood! |

Free consultation
Prenatal and birth support: $800
-2 prenatal apts (1-2 Hours each) Discuss the options you have in your care prior to, during and after your labor and deliver. We will create your ideal birth plan and go over tools/techniques to bring that plan to fruition. We will also make a postpartum plan.
-Text/call support
-24/7 on call at 37 weeks
-Continuous support during labor/delivery
-Photos taken as you would prefer on your phone, or mine (non-professional)
-1 Postpartum visit (1-2 Hours): We can debrief your birth, I can provide breastfeeding/feeding support, and go over any questions or concerns. I will help with whatever I can in this visit! I love to bring a meal and sit and chat, do some dishes, care for baby while you take a break, or even just a bath or shower!
