Hello, my name is Carina and I live in Boise. I am a certified birth doula and placenta encapsulation specialist. I have been practicing since 2006 and have served many families. I am also now a postpartum doula. I have a passion for what I do and my goal is to make your birth experience as positive as possible. I will have meetings with you beforehand to discuss your expectations and how I can be as best of help to you during your labor and postpartum journey.
As a mother of two children, I know how stressful those first few weeks can be after giving birth. I am excited to be able to offer a simple solution to new moms to help make this transition more positive. As a birth doula, I knew the moment I heard about placenta encapsulation that I wanted to be able to offer this to my clients and anyone else who would like to take advantage of this great service.
