Our educators often offer discounts for class members who are also doula clients. You do not need to hire your educator as your doula. You can mix and match however you'd like! Doulas are always welcome in our classes for free when they attend with an expectant couple.

Preparing for your Positive Birth!! What happens in the mind is just as important as what the body is doing.

The Mind Centered Birth Education series combines evidence based birth information with mental training. You will learn about the basic aspects of birth and how to assess what your body needs as well as train the brain to shift its focus to reduce the amount of pain you experience. This childbirth education will make you feel calmer, more confident and prepared for your positive birth!
Class series $225 (Only $100 add on with doula services!)
The four classes can be watched at your leisure and then you can participate in the once a month in person session for questions and demonstrations. A workbook is provided for reviewing and note taking.
Education Components: Physiologic Birth and Labor Stages, Hormones of Labor, Normal vs Common, Facilitating Labor Progress, Positions for Labor, Metal Preparation, The Stress Response, Comfort Measures and Labor Progression, Tips for Partners, Common Pain Medications, Birth Place Expectations, and Planning for the Unexpected
