Dali is a Madriella Certified Birth Doula. She is passionate about educating women on making informed birth decisions. She believes every mother deserves supportand kindness throughout her pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. She believes that when a mother is educated and supported, she becomes empowered to have the birth that she desires. Dali will bring her knowledge and experience to help you achieve your goals for labor, delivery, and beyond.
Congratulations, on your upcoming birth! My name is Dali Korell. I'm honored to be considered as your Doula and look forward to the opportunity to support you and your family on your birth journey. I am an Idaho girl born and raised. I have been married to my husband Cody for 16 years and we have two wonderful sons who are 14 and 13. We enjoy all things sports and outdoors! For each of their births we had an amazing birth team of six family members supporting us. Their knowledge, love, and support made each birth unforgettable. I strive to be that kind of support for you! Women have been supporting and encouraging each other in birth for centuries, across all cultures. Giving birth is amazing, but being a part of the support system to another woman who is bringing life into the world has to be one of the greatest honors ever. The miracle of life has always amazed me! My niece, Sydnee, put the idea of becoming a Birth Doula in my mind when she asked me to be her Doula for the birth of her first born. I am new to the Doula community, but have supported friends and family on their birth journeys for years. I look forward to working with you to have a positive and calm outcome for your birth! |

- Discuss your ideal birth experience
- Get to know the family
- Review past birthing history
- Teach and practice comfort techniques
- Discuss the stages and phases of labor
- Discuss postpartum and how to prepare for it
- Connect you with helpful pregnancy, birthing, and postpartum resources
- Continuous support during labor and delivery
- Emotional, mental and physical support
- Encouragement, words of affirmation
- Physical touch (massage, counter pressure, comfort tools, heat, ice etc.)
- Aroma Therapy
- Advocating for your birth preferences
- Birth photos/videos on your device or mine
- Encouragement and support for birth partner
- 1-2 hours of immediate postpartum care (lactation, infant care, emotional support)
- Baby feeding questions or concerns
- Nursing support and referrals to lactation specialists if needed
- Talk about your birth story
- Assist with some light housework and tidying, food prep
- Care for baby while you shower or sleep
- Assist with anything you feel will help you settle in and feel supported better in the postpartum period
