Hanna is owner and chiropractor at Mosaic Chiropractic and Women’s Health in Meridian, ID. She decided to take a doula training course as she specializes in women and kiddos only, with a desire to better women’s healthcare through providing care that encompasses much more than just an adjustment. She has been attending births for over three years and has completed her full DONA International certification. Hanna is currently the only doula in Idaho IN-NETWORK WITH TRICARE for doula services. She is originally from Kansas City but feels she has officially found home here in the Treasure Valley. It is on her heart to serve women of all shapes, sizes, race, religion, ages, etc in anyway she possibly can. Being able to support and empower women and families through such beautiful journeys has been life changing and she is excited for what is to come!

On call from 38 weeks-42 weeks

One prenatal appointment (about 1-2 hours) 

• Getting to know the family and reviewing past birthing history
• Discussing your ideal birth experience and creating a birth plan using provided worksheets
• Reviewing provided prenatal information packet to make sure everyone feels confident and fully informed
• Double checking all supplies needed for the birthing process or hospital bag have been purchased and are working correctly 
• Discussing what post-partum care might look like

Continuous support during labor and delivery 

• Emotional, mental and physical support
• Encouragement and words of affirmation
• Physical touch (massage, counter pressure, comfort tools, heat, ice etc.) 
• Birth photos/videos on your device or mine
• Encouragement and support for birth partner
• About 2 hours of immediate postpartum care (lactation, infant care, emotional support) 

One postpartum visit (about 1-2 hours) (arranged based around clients needs and both parties schedules)

• Baby feeding questions or concerns, referrals made if needed
• Talk through the birth story, as little or as much as the client would like
• Assist with some light housework and tidying or playing with other children if needed 
• Care for baby while you shower or sleep 
• Assist with anything you feel will help you settle in and feel supported better in the postpartum period
• Able to bring special treats or foods that might be on your mind following birth

My biggest goal is for you and your family to feel supported, educated and loved.


There will be a $500 non-refundable deposit due at time of signing contract and booking due "date" with the remaining $800 due at the 35 week mark in the pregnancy. Other chiropractic related services provided not included in this fee and cannot be part of the doula package. Please feel free to reach out with any questions!
