Michelle is founder of My Family Doula, providing birth doula and photography services to the Treasure Valley. Michelle has been a DONA International trained doula since 2018 but attended and supported births since 2010. Michelle is an accomplished, published photographer for more than 20 years and has brought her skills together to provide caring support as well as beautiful images for families to cherish. She loves living in the Treasure Valley and feels so at home serving and supporting families through their journey in parenthood. "Its such an honor to be a part of the birth or growth of a family with the coming of a new baby. Each woman, family and baby are unique; my heart is to discover the dreams, desires and goals of each family I serve and support them through this journey."
Hi! I'm so glad you’re visiting Treasure Valley Doulas. A little about me... I'm married to the love of my life; we have three adult children and six grandchildren! I jokingly tell people I was 10 when I got married. I'm a kid at heart, I love life and love to enjoy it with my family and friends. I'm a creative thru and thru and bring my creative heart to every aspect of my role as a Birth Doula. I'm also a person of Faith and support the choice of faith each of my families have. For many years I served women and their families during labor and birth and always longed to make it my life's work. I love supporting families and I don't take it lightly the personal space I'm invited into as a doula. Every woman and family should have loving, caring support to help you navigate this special time. I'm here for you... every step of the way. :-) |

Truly priceless images that tell your story Photography Only: Available if you already have a Birth Doula or birth support and wish to have a photographer at the birth. You will receive all images taken. I believe in the Dona International vision of a Doula for every woman who wants one. If I am not a good fit for any reason, I will help you find a Doula who meets your needs and budget. :-) I can also work out payment arrangements to make having a Doula easier on the budget.
