Ruth is the owner of Ohana Doula, she is a DONA International certified birth Doula. 
She attends home, hospital and birth center births.
She is passionate about equipping woman to make informed birth decisions, and is excited to offer love, support, and care for mother's throughout their Birth experience.

Birth Doula Service:
​Two prenatal appointments to discuss and practice coping and comfort measures, and to put together a birth plan and any preferences you might have for your birth environment

I will be on call for you 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth, this will include Phone, text, and email support, And one to two hours of postpartum support, to ensure that you and baby are doing well and answer any questions that you might have. 

One postpartum appointment, to check in with you, process, and receive feedback from you about your birth experience, and to answer any questions or concerns you might have.
